Is really sad how our work is being unrecognized, even if all of our team is full of capable people and really great and ethical professionals.
They choose shitty indicators to see advances in our work with people.
They are engineers…
Also, i have a mental health condition where uncertanity is hard to manage (working on it)..and they dont even have the decency to tell us whats going on with the program even if we have come back to work 3 weeks ago.
Dont know if i'm gonna stay, or if they are gonna dismiss me.
They dont ever bother to tell a colleague that she doesnt gonna stay for this period, she realize it cause our boss tell us.
Also, there is a really difference between engineers and other professionals, like we are citiziens of second category.
Its driving me nuts, but i need the money for my saving plan…but is really demoralizing as a professional.
