Does a video interview violate the law?

I was given the “opportunity” to do a video interview for a large corp, where I had to record myself answering questions. This wasn't an interview where I would be meeting someone over zoom or WebEx. A friend of mine sent me this image but I did some searching and found some articles that stated the EEOC had made determinations that video interviews were not discriminatory. Is it worth making a complaint anyway? Does anyone have any experience with this?
