Pretty much what the title says. I took a job local to my town with the possibility of having to go on occasional trip within the nearby area. A town roughly two hours away by car was mentioned as a possibility. Now, employer is asking me to become a traveling position including roughly 30 trips across the country by the end of the year. What happens if I say no? Am I declining a position, therefore resigning? Or do they have to fire/lay me off?
