So I was going to work at Sonic and before they would hire me they told me I had to go home and do a bunch of training stuff on a thing called “sonic tots” So I start doing it at 1 pm and it was SO MUCH that by 6 pm I was barely halfway through and I hadn't taken any breaks. My husband also did it and by the time he finished it easily took him 8 hours. It seems really shady and excessive to expect someone to do that much training at home and completely unpaid.
