Sometimes I like to daydream about what businesses I’d own that would bring in a decent income and not require too much effort from me every day.
I was thinking a frozen yogurt shop even. I took my son to one yesterday and basically you just need someone there to ring people up, keep things clean, and refill toppings. There were like 20 people who showed up after their kids baseball game.
Or owning a storage facility. I don’t know too much about the day-to-day operations at one. But it seems great since they’re mostly just sitting there, like if you stop receiving payments then you auction off their stuff and keep that money too.
