I'm prepping to apply to a wide variety of internships for the summer, and it seems that so many of them require three references, none of which I truly have. I've always been introverted and usually do my job quietly, and my work experience is so low as a college student that I have no idea who to even put down. These internships are for college students, how do they expect three references?
