I started a new job a month ago, thought things were going good. The place recently opened so obviously after a month some adjustments are gonna be made.
But one of the owners/manager wanted me to change my availability from Mon-Fri to Tue-Sat.
I told them no, and when I signed on this is what I was told I would get. Now they put out the schedule and suddenly I'm now just Tue-Fri.
Dude is punishing me and I know it. Don't worry, I'm gonna talk to the other owner tomorrow, you know the one who offered me the job in the first place and tell her exactly what's going on.
