Recruiter is being extremely persistent and clingy.

I got a random call last week, that I probably wouldn't have answered if I didn't have my bluetooth headphones on and auto answered. The guy on the end identified himself as a Mike or Mark, (I'm positive that's not his name, btw) and says he's a recruiter for one of those aerospace darlings. I'm gainfully employed, but he's offering me a $5 raise, and so I entertained him. Here's the problem: I haven't been able to get back to him promptly and he's been BLOWING UP my text, email and calling me like every 2 hours. Like i said, I don't really need the job and it would require relocation or some accommodations for a 1 year contract. This recruiter must be desperate for this bid, but its offputting. Should I take this as a red flag?
