I work in a digital department mostly dealing with backend stuff and reporting. my job tittle is literally “digital analyst”. At lunch one day It came up in conversation that I know my way around photoshop decently well. A week later my boss volunteers me without my permission to help the design department with the long and boring ass task of creating clipping masks for a whole catalogue of images. Probably around 2 days worth of work as if im not already busy enough. When I confronted him about why he volunteered me his response was “I know you’re not very busy right now”. Which isn’t true and even if it was this shit isn’t in my job description.
