Job hopping bc employers don’t fcking listen the first time

I’m a full time college student (5 days week) and quit my previous job bc I wanted to make more money somewhere else. On my interview at this new job I told them I can only do part time (preferably 3 days) and they said they’ll give me 4 days a week & I said that’s perfectly fine. I’m a few weeks in and I’ve been scheduled 5 days straight every week. The shifts are chaotic and I am drowning in school work and lack of sleep. I sent a text to my old employer and was back on the schedule within an hour. So I quit my new job & now they wanna work with my college schedule?? When will employers learn to listen to their employees & consider them before it’s too late? They stress us out and then wanna act empathetic once they’re about to lose another person lol. The cycle never ends
