One of my co-workers approached our department head to say we are getting done early at times and asked if anything needed to be done. Instead of finding busywork, she sent out a pop up telling us to slow down, especially when working from home. On the flip side, when several people were out unexpectedly, she took on a lot of our duties and stayed late to get it done. I have a boring job but I'm staying here because of stuff like this.
