So, long story short, I'm in a trade. We run 3 people. One went down with injury 4 months ago. So it was just 2 of us since. The other just took a job with another company. So, I guess I'm it? I'm supposed to be on vacation next week. Not sure what's going to happen. Boss hasnt been told yet.
I know I'm burnt out and need the break. I know I'm not up to carrying the entire branch on my shoulders. I'm not qualified to train a new hire.
I don't want to deal with the shitstorm tomorrow when they get the news. Advice?
