Possibly being asked to commit fraud

I think my job is making me commit possible fraud I work for a personal injury law firm as a demands writer. It’s my fourth week. Today, I had the revelation that almost all our claims are exaggerated. Severely. Primarily whiplash injuries, not serious accidents, and clients who are very poor and/or on drugs. I was reading about insurance fraud and I’m pretty sure this is fraud because of the exaggeration, all information I am in charge of writing and sending. Am I overreacting? I’ve done PI before but this is different. What should I do? It’s a revolving door and ten people quit just in the last three weeks. I need a job, but I’m worried this is illegal and I’ll get in major trouble. I sign my name to documents. They ask me to inflate the injuries and embellish them, but they’re completely bogus 99% of the time.…
