Looking for advice on what to do once I leave my toxic job

Hi everyone, For some context I work at a small franchise pizzeria manager. My job is toxic, no breaks, we are always out of things due to the GM having no clue how to do the order, the other manager makes inappropriate comments, we’re expected to come in while very sick, etc. The pay is actually quite decent, but I’ve realized it’s not worth the damage it is causing mental health. I am thinking of getting out of restaurant business but I’m not sure what to do. The only education I have is a high school diploma and this pizza management job of 8 years. College is unfortunately not an option for a number of reasons. Are their any fields that don’t require a large amount of education you would recommend? What are some red flags I should look for in job descriptions or interviews? Thank you in advance
