The top level guys are the teenagers in the house too lazy to do the dishes.
The entry level workers are the dishes in a house soaking in the sink.
The middle management that actually has a conscious are the mixing bowl and spatula the top guys use to eat their cereal.
The middle management without a conscious function like an ice cream scoop or a can opener. One function not going to budge. Maybe a little bit not much.
The citizens are like the parents fed up with their children and don't understand why they won't just wash the god damn dishes.
