I work at a childcare center making $19 an hour in Boston. I looked up the laws to see who is exempt from overtime (the exemptions themselves were shocking tbh) and nothing I've found excludes teachers. My boss is also a lawyer in his spare time so I'm sure he has some bullshit legalese to claim it's legal, but….is it legal?
