Free legal advice?

I have a coworker who is in her late 70s and takes medication for a heart issue.. not sure what exactly. After taking the medication she needs to go to bed. The company decided she needs to start closing. If she closes and takes her medication 3-5 hours later, she cannot make it in the following day because she is too weak to stand, blood pressure is low etc. HR asked her for a doctor's note. The cardiologist sent in pages saying she cannot close, cannot change her dosing times and that it is physically dangerous. They removed her closing shifts for 2 weeks and now claim she must close or lose her job. We have the coverage. Employees are pissed. There is no reason to have her close whatsoever. Are there any organizations who will take cases like this pro Bono?
