Should I reach out to HR

I was recruited from a firm last year to team up with one of their employee to split the work load. To entice me to go there, I was promised that I would get training to learn the ropes. The training period was for a year and my teammate was supposed to be my mentor and resource. So I left a really good job with a good team to explore this opportunity. 4 months into the job, my teammate left the firm. I was left on my own since. My manager didn’t offer any training or support. I had to figure out the role, processes and product on my own. It’s been hell. With no direction, I was left to deal with a lot of tough situations. And I feel like my manager holds it against me now. Like wtf, he knew I didn’t have experience here, they lure me with the idea that they will train me up to do the role.

I’m looking to leave asap. There are too many toxic people here that’s not even worth to stay to figure things out. That said, I feel like I should tell HR my experience here.

I know two other colleagues looking to leave the firm because they aren’t happy either. They were sold that the firm is great but in reality it’s toxic.
