A bit of a rant, also a bit of me wondering if others had a similar experience. A family member submitted a wage theft claim for wage theft that happens almost a year ago. They had to sue court hearing in august and were told they’d get a resolution/answer in 3 weeks. Have not heard from court yet. At this point what are they supposed to do. Waiting on 9k for over a year with no end in sight. and this is in California, supposedly one of the best labor offices for this kind of stuff…
