Ive been working there for 11 months, no raise. I started with 11 and still am with 11. This makes no sense because i can solo 3-4 positions (1pos=1 person), i know everything, and im super fast and efficient.They said its indiana law that they cant pay me 12 or more because im not 18. Turns out, there are 2 17 yr olds there that are getting paid 13 dollars an hour, still in school too, which throws all their reasoning out the window. Im 16, i turn 17 in a week, but i doubt that changes anything. They make me work the hardest positions, they never release me when its slow because im that good an employee, they always give me important and alot of hours. I work morning and night shifts. Im better than a manager and im getting paid 11.
