So I just got let go of another job today, for not having enough experience. This is the third time in as many years, and it's starting to get old. “We want you to have years of experience, but we also won't be the ones to help you get that experience.” I get that you have to make the call that's best for the business, but it would be so much less identity if you took the time to evaluate the needs you say you have compared to the skills I show that I have, rather than say “we like you, you're hired” then a month later say, ” it's not you, it's us. We didn't know what we wanted fully until now, and we like you, but not enough to keep you.” It's just frustrating and disheartening.
