Why is it that management are scared to deal with people who get angry and lash out at other during meetings or send a passive aggressive email coping the whole company?
Why if you do the same and yell or reply an email with sarcasm or an angry tone, you get labeled as not being a team player or impolite, while this difficult sort of people who are always making a fuzz and are stressed 24/7 sending emails at 11 p.m. are then labeled as productive/hard workers.
Have you experienced the same? I want to quit being a 9-5 worker an become freelance to send this dickheads to hell whenever they start yelling or saying bullshit comments.
