The company I quit last year just sent me a check out of the blue. Should I cash it?

The check has no other information attached, and its for a seizable amount of money. More than anything, I don’t want to waste a single second of my time dealing with their support team, so I don’t want to call and see what’s up. Should I cash it? Should I wait?
