Need advice for requested time off

Hello, this is my first time posting so please let me know if I do anything wrong. So I'm a waitress at a restaurant, and in our town we're one of three sit down restaurants in our small town, and we're also open every day of the year except Christmas. We're a chain restaurant and have a pretty good online system because of it, and on there I requested off Easter. I didn't even realize it was Easter until my friend told me, we just picked that day to go to an amusement park. Online it says approved, and I know they don't approve stuff willy-nilly because I've had time off rejected before (we have a Facebook group dedicated to trading and giving away shifts so I got it covered and didn't really care). However, a slightly higher up at work showed me a preview of the schedule next week…

However, a slightly higher up at work showed me a preview of the schedule next week and it says I work Easter.

Now I don't know if this was made before my request was approved or if it's a mistake, but I'm a generally anxious person and kinda scared of our GM. If I am scheduled, I do plan to post in the group and try to give away my shift as a courtesy, but how would y'all go about telling a strict and imposing GM essentially “look, y'all approved my request, I'm being nice trying to get it covered, but I already have paid plans so you're out of luck if no one wants it”?

If it helps I will be technically out of town at the amusement park since its an hour away. I also like this job for the most part and make good money so I'd like to stay on good terms. I did take a screenshot of my approved time off too so they can't change it later either
