Hey everyone,
My boss put a deadline on thrusday afternoon for monday about a long job. And told me to tell him if not ready so we don't spend our time in a useless way. So friday night (5 pm) I send him a message telling him it's better if we move it at 11pm or somethign so I can finsih the details. And he replied me this:
If I were in your position with a new director, I would have find some time during thee weekend or at night on a friday to finish the job.
I will move it but our work is not 9 to 5 only.
And this shit happened so many times in the past but im tired of working extra to get blast every time because of details. Its very not like I'm doing 9 to 5 and runnig to go home lol.
Do you have any tips on how I could manage this type of shit ?
Btw extra hours are not payed lol.
