I just made a rant in another subreddit and I’m bringing it here. Jobs wonder why they can’t keep workers and have high turnover rates, well maybe if you treated your employees (not just the favorites) accordingly. They give us cheap uniforms, play favorites and play with peoples sick time. Like 6 people quit on one shift because they weren’t getting paid their overtime. Oh yeah and micromanaging without the proper pay will get you nothing but no call no shows. Employers swear people don’t wanna work but thing is people aren’t tolerating the bullshit just for a survivable wage not livable wage. This ship is on fire and everyone is jumping off myself included.
