Hey Guys,
Last Thursday I had to go home from work because of backpain and I called in sick for the week after because I still have pain in my neck and back.
Heres the thing: I am a Industrial Powder Coater so not everyone can do my job.
One collegue quit, the other is sick too and one is going to be sent to have his vacation.
My boss called me yesterday and asked me if I could come in even though im sick and not able to work.
My Problem is that I break my mind over wether I should try it and go to work or rest until next week.
I dont even know what to say to my boss. Im new in that company and Im still on trial time so I dont really know what I could expect (I live in Germany if that helps)
Any advice?
