I really don’t understand this. Why do salaried employees need to clock in and out when the hours are set, and managers are there to confirm attendance?
Really gets my goat. Employer sent a company wide email saying time cards not clocked in in real time (as opposed to retroactively inputting start time) will no longer be paid without a satisfactory written explanation, for every single occasion.
Just useless bullshit which I don’t see a reason for.
