Boss cut my hours in half so I said bye bye

I work at a daycare, I get paid 16/hour to do a bunch of stuff like take care of 10 4yo kids, clean the areas and I create activities for them. Everything would be good except that my boss is horrible to me. Since the beginning I asked for a schedule and never got one since i started a couple months ago so I'm basically on-call every day of the week which means i cannot go to any appointments without asking her first and she micromanages me/criticize me all the time for not doing the same actions as her over most things. Now for the main problem; I have back problems (scoliosis and flat feet) causing me to sit down more than the average person when i am not needed to do something. My boss, however, hates when i sit down and watch children, she would rather have me stand…

Now for the main problem; I have back problems (scoliosis and flat feet) causing me to sit down more than the average person when i am not needed to do something. My boss, however, hates when i sit down and watch children, she would rather have me stand up at all times. These demands make my days absolutely atrocious since by the time end of the day, I cry because my back and legs hurt so much. I have tried to talk to her about it but she just ended up cutting my hours in half because of it, which put me and my family in a really bad spot. I was never sure of why she cut my hours in half until just yesterday, because of a coworker told me. This was my final clue to get out of there. I'm actually glad I quit today because now hopefully, I won't be overworked/ be blamed for everything that goes wrong and have a stable schedule with good conditions as i have just applied to my mom's company as a seasonal post for students.
