In other words guys, do you go into every interview giving 100% of yourself for yourself knowing that someone else is competing for said same position? I always give it my 100% for every interview I have just for myself to give it my best swing and if I don’t get it, then so be it.
And some of it is because I never go in arrogant or phone it in since there’s at least one other person competing for that said position, even if there isn’t. I sort of want that competition since it motivates me to go further and still compete.
