Hello all,
Looking for some advice here. My current employer makes training systems for a certain high level industry and for years we had a monthly sales quota of 300k a month in order to get a $100 bonus check. Recently our team has been shattering this goal, rather than thanking/rewarding the staff, management has kept increasing the quota. This increase comes with no increase in bonus size or pay rate, am I wrong for feeling as if we are being punished rather than appreciated for higher than expected production levels?
