I work at the front desk in an apartment building, a tenant here is harassing me. Harassment includes insulting me, yelling at me for things out of my control, and generally just forcing negative interactions with me by coming to my desk (or calling) and being really rude, until I say something back. Then she writes a letter about me to my boss lol. What can be done?
