My outside sales rep keeps trying to make me look dumb in front of my customers and tries to micromanage me. She’s been there 3 months. I’ve been there 4 years. I finally told her off today (respectfully). I am a highly successful sales rep and she is trying to make me look bad to make herself look better. I am waiting for my yearly bonus to hit my account in March 2023 but I don’t know if I can wait that long before leaving. I have told my boss about this and he has yet to talk to my outside rep or the outside rep’s boss. I don’t know what to do.
