Recently quit my job because of horrible management. Been cruising indeed and found a job that really piqued my interest. It was through a staffing agency. I filled out the very lengthy application on indeed, (you know, manually entering information already on my cv, dates, personal info). I get through it all and click “submit”. A few seconds later I received a text from the agency stating I need to call them during business hours to complete the application process. This was a week ago and I never heard anything more.
I couldn’t believe it. I just gave them a mountain of my own info and they can’t respond to me? Maybe I’m being petty. It just seemed like I had to do more work for an agency that only gets paid when I get paid, and they couldn’t call me? Email me? WTF!
