Forgive my ignorance just want to make sure this is legal & within the company’s rights. I recently got fired. Got a text today from my boss, saying that my bank was short from the last shift I had worked. Haven’t figured out the logistics yet of what exactly happened but she said until that money is paid back I will not be receiving my last paycheck.
