I work in the Academic Healthcare and recently I got small cold. I told my supervisor about it and she told me get tested for covid and take the day off if needed. I honestly wanted to cry because my last supervisor was not like this. He would get mad at me and my co-workers for getting sick or missing a day for an important event. It is just nice to have supervisors that care for there employees, it makes the workplace a better place.
