Company wants to ban headphones

So it’s not like a reasonable rule or anything, nor is this the kind of office where you have to change seats every day or anything. But apparently my one cute figurine of a duck is causing consternation amongst the managers, as are my headphones (non-phone job, all I do is write emails, and no one needs to talk to me that often), and during my performance review, they lectured at me for over half an hour about my ‘unacceptable behaviour.’ They want all of us to be soulless little robots, with no evidence in the workplace that we are actually living, breathing, individual humans.
