Hi everyone,
Just want to express my frustration regarding the company.
We have a WFH policy of 3/5, with tuesday and wednesday as the Office days.
However.. Every week they are organising events that have a required attendance (During work hours) on the days we WFH. All non-required events are also on the days we WFH or even in the weekends..
Really frustrating that they focus so much on the days we are not supposed to be in the Office…
Hope to find a better company soon.
