So I started this new job. They have a large fridge stocked with sandwich things, yogurt, fruit, and frozen meals, they buy this all for the employees. It's free. You just don't clock in or out for lunch and you work while you eat.
I make a sandwich and look at emails while I chew. I do not like this. I've always had a 30 min lunch break. Everyone has their own office aside from the front desk receptionist. On Fridays they cater lunch (burritos from Chipotle or pizza etc) the Friday lunches are awesome and a nice perk…. But the other 4 days of the week… It feels wrong.
