Our company hasn’t been doing so well, as a result they have cut back everyone to 4 day work weeks, instead of any lay offs. Despite the smaller paycheck the 3 day weekends have actually been really nice… perhaps too nice?

The owner of our company has come to the conclusion that he doesn't want people to have 3 day weekends anymore, so instead of the simple, don't come in on Friday, HE RANDOMIZED THE SCHEDULE SO THAT PEOPLE HAVE RANDOM DAYS OFF DURING THE WEEK! NOW INSTEAD OF 3 DAY WEEKENDS I HAVE A RANDOM WEDNESDAY OFF NEXT WEEK! WHY!?!?!?! I'm sorry I'm a bit upset and want to vent but I wanted to ask you all, can you think of any logical reason to not want your employees to have 3 day weekends? Does he thinks it makes us lazy? That's the only reason I can come up with and I can barely make sense of it…
