I love what I do, as best anyone can love what capitalism forces them into. But after 10 years of experience and training and progress, all the “new” training and coaching I receive seems more so geared towards assimilating my mind into what feels like “cultish worships” of company values. Edit : this isn’t a cult. It’s a real and very successful company. But it feels like a cult – the ways they want you to be SO loyal and submissive to their whim.
