I’m a project manager who works with product team. The manager never responds to my slack, email, Jira tickets and im distancing

I use to be participate in meetings and provide feedback but I’m just giving them the same treatment I get. Though I’m reflecting and feel like it’s only affecting me at the end. I don’t want to bring this up to my manager just yet but I’m at the point where I’m just like fuck this guy, they can fuck off then. But I still need to do my work. Not sure how to handle
