I work in the food industry and got promoted to a Regional manager last August, along with attending culinary school. My current pay as a regional manager is only 40k, and where I live the average salary for that sort of position is around 60k-70k.
I’d like to update my indeed resume with this new position along with my schooling and begin applying and see where that can take me, but anytime one of my employees update their resume, my employer immediately knows and either questions them on it extensively or stonewalls them because they assume they’re going to leave soon and they start getting treated subjectively different.
Is there a way for me to update my indeed profile without my employer knowing I updated it?
