I gave my work 5 MONTHS, not 5 days, not 5 weeks but 5 whole months of notice to take my vacation and I get the “this could be cutting into vacation time you need to check with us first” it's literally half a year away. Between this, my hands off manager, the lack of appreciation and the kook Im stuck with at the desk half the time I'm over it all.
