My local ski resort (small place but owned by Vail) had staffing issues this winter (along with weather issues ofc). They just announced a $20 minimum wage for all of their locations. I can’t wait until next season when they are fully staffed and then some. Will make a perfect example of what happens when you pay people a fair wage.
