So I work at a restaurant counter of a hotel and the new manager announced a score system. Apparently that's something new and guests have the option to fill the survey after their stay and generate a score. Also if we exceed a certain number we will get a $100 bonus.
Apparently we started really low this month… It gets too busy there, we are 2 people in the front and one in the back. Sometimes it might just be me. I have to make all kinds of coffee and light cooking such as bagels or sandwiches. Line is long but they expect you to be able to do everything at once.
So the score risen up one day and then it dropped dramatically and my coworkers are pissed about it because no bonus. I am starting to believe this survey is most likely a lie and numbers are being magically created by management to push us more and the score will never go past a point where we can get a bonus. Thoughts?
