My company is holding a paid company picnic today with games that everyone is expected to participate in. I already told my boss when he asked that I won’t be participating and have already been told “no problem” then today, the day of said picnic, the whole team has been told that we all have to participate. Anybody have any good excuses for me? Or really just words of encouragement?
