I work in a small town in rural US, think 3000 people tops, and that's 'larger' for the area. Corporate decided to promote someone from a few states away, more populated area, transfer in as the boss.
This guy has managed to make angry all our drivers, and regularly would belittle/disrespect our employees, cut our hours for no reason, cut our snack budget(he said it was to take us out to eat instead, which never happened), and make several questionable decisions(tried to take our gloves, that was a fun one)
It's been approximately 7 months or so, and I've seen amazing people, who worked at this place and did amazingly, most of which for several years, quit. I found out the longest guy here aside from me's last day was today. I've only been here a year and a half.
It's amazing what being a terrible boss can do.
