This is what I do after I work for a company that I despise, coworkers or both to help others

TL;DR IN BOLD I put coworkers because trust me I've met a lot of assholes in my years of working. I put them there because some of the companies have not done anything and one even told me “stand up for yourself or I'm not your freaking babysitter!”. That last one was when I was younger working for a small company. I tried to complain by the way about that small company to the Department of Labor and I called a few others too. But since that company had less than 15 employees I could not do anything. I'm in Utah which has that stupid Utah discrimination law. Not sure where you're at. Just FYI. I really despise asshole coworkers or bosses. They make your job harder than it should be and add unneeded stress to it. All the other good people working just want to have a good…

TL;DR IN BOLD

I put coworkers because trust me I've met a lot of assholes in my years of working.

All the other good people working just want to have a good productive day at work and make their money and go home at the end of their shift.

I was walking into work one day and saw my former work bully/coworker getting interviewed by my boss and showing him around the warehouse. He immediately recognized me and had that cheesy smart ass grin on his face when he saw me. FUCK HIM! So glad I don't work with that POS anymore. Luckily he did not get hired on at the company I was working at and he looked really stupid with blue hair. I digress.

I set up a fake name and post it on any available website that others can see publicly. I start with Google Maps LOL. I post it there because it won't get taken down so easily such as Indeed and Glass Door. I also put it on Yelp.

I never lie about my reviews either. I will post anything negative like hard asses, 15 minutes crash course training on your job duties, unrealistic expectations, really strict on attendance, etc. I will post anything positive but it's rare. I type “nice breakroom” or “easy to park”. LOL

I do this to help others to not apply or if they do apply and get hired on to know what to expect. Also I don't see this happening but I hope upper management sees the review I leave and make any positive changes but I highly doubt it.

One of the company's I worked at created a brand new Google Maps listing and slightly changed the company name because of my review. 15 former employees of that company liked my review LOL.

I highly suggest that you do this as well. If you already do that's awesome! LOL
