Not trying to give American corporations any ideas, but I feel very heavily that they are going to eventually realize they could get away with and save a whole lot of money by not having any lower/middle management.
The increase of work at home positions means supervisors have less and less to do, so why are they still being paid? But, Counterpoint. When it eventually happens, the workforce will be split between high managers and workers, the wage disparity will increase tenfold, and each and every one of us will become a slave to the government or super corporation.
I really wish I could get people to stand up, but for every one I happen to find their are a hundred more trying to sleep and snore so loudly I can’t be heard.
